Simple coconut chutney easy recipe

Today I would like to share one colourful coconut chutney recipe. My kids loves orange chutney.
This we can have with [kanji] and rice.
Coconut scraped -1 coconut
Small onion -3 pieces
Ginger - 1 piece
Red chilli 4-6 pieces[vattal mulake]
Curry leaves 4-5 leaves
Tamarind (valen-puley)soaked-according to the taste [small size]
Kashmiri chilli powder/1 -2 tsp
Salt as needed.
In a frying pan add 1/4 tsp of coconut oil and fry red chilli, still its rough smell goes away. And take it from the pan and keep it in plate. Also fry the curry leaf in the pan.
Add small onion, ginger, fried red chilli, fried curry leaves, tamarind, salt, chilli powder and add scraped cocunt in a mixer / grinder and grind 3- 4 seconds in low speed then mix it with a spoon again repeat without adding water. Do till it grind well, but no need to grind like curry. Don't grind continuously.
Kashmiri chilli powder gives orange colour.
