THIS IS A SIMPLE , EASY AND TASTY CHIKEN CHUKKA RECEIPE WE CAN HAVE THIS WITH APPAM, POROTTA, RICE, BREAD AND CHAPPATHI. VERY EASY FOR WORKING WOMEN AND CHILDREN.
INGREDIANTS
CHICKEN- 1KG (MEDIUM OR SMALL SIZE PECIES)
ONION MEDIUM 5 PIECE
CURRY LEAVES AS MUCH
CHILLI POWDER [KASHMIRI] 3 TSP
CORIANDER POWDER-3 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER- 1/2 TSP
GARAM MASALA -1 TSP
COCONUT OIL- 2 TABLE SPOON
MUSTARD -1 TSP
PREPARATION METHOD
HEAT OIL IN A PAN OR KADAI, PUT MUSTARD AND LET IT FLUTTER, ADD CURRY LEAVES
ONCE ITS FRY, ADD SLICED ONION AND REQUIRED SALT.
ONCE IT BECOME LIGHT GOLDEN COLOR ADD ALL MASALA POWDER AND STIR IT. ONCE
YOU FEEL THE SMELL OF FRIED MASALA, ADD HALF GLASS OF WATER AND MIX IT
WELL. THEN ADD THE WASHED CHICKEN PIECS TO IT AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME
UNTIL BOILED AND COOKIN LOW FLAME TILL ALL WATER EVAPORATED AND MASALA
COATED WITH CHICKEN.
ITS A DRY RECIPE AND VERY LESS WATER. (CHICKEN COATED WITH MASALA AND CHILLIPOWDER)

DECORATE WITH FRIED ONION , CURRY LEAVES AND GREEN CHILLI
