Easy Nadan kadala curry recipe[black chick peas]

Hi Friends again I am with you with a easy kadala curry recipe. This can be use with dosa, idli

appam , chappathy and puutu . it is a vegetarian dish, high protein and delicious recipe.



Ingredients.

1.Kadala  -300 GM

2.Coconut flakes[ THENGA KOTHU]-

3.onion -1 [sliced]

4.curry leaves- as required

5.small onion. 5 piece.

6. kashmiri chilli powder 1/2 tsp-1 tsp

7. corriander powder 3 table spoon n

8. turmeric powder, t sp

9. garam masala powder- 1 table spoon
PROCEDURE


STEP1

Soak kadal for 6 to 8 hours, wash and put kadala ,curry leaves , onion in a presser  cooker.

STEP2

Above mentioned powders from number 6-9 fry in a pan till the rough smell goes away and add in the pressure cooker . Mix well and use adequate salt and water, cook for 5 to 7  whistles.


STEP 3

open the lid once its become cool , mix well allow to boil add water if required.

STEP 4

In a pan add coconut oil 1-2 table spoon ,add mustard , let it flutter .after that add chopped small onions fry it then add curry leaves and 2 green chilli fry and decorate the kadala curry.

its very easy recipe.
